PASSIFLORA ANTIOQUIENSIS
Rare. Vigorous climber with hanging bright rose red flowers to 4.5" across
with small violet coronas. Yellow fruit to 4" long have a delicate flavor.
Up to 15' tall.
Hardy in zones 9-10. Minimum 5ºC.
Recommended care:
Keep it well watered and fertilize regularly. Keep it in a hot, sunny location.
Passiflora flowers on new growth, so they
may be pruned early in the growing season. It is best to cut some stems back
nearly to the base in spring. In Spring put outdoors after all chances
of frost have gone and in fall bring indoors before all chances of frost come.
