Millettia   Millettia reticulata
(Evergreen Wisteria)

Extremely rare semi evergreen twining woody climber or scandent shrub with leathery leaves. In late spring or early summer bears Wisteria like pea shaped rose pink, red, or blue half inch flowers in dense racemes or panicles 6" - 8" clusters. Will often re-bloom if deadheaded. Flowers have a Camphor like fragrance. Grows up to 15' tall and 3' - 6' wide.

Hardy in zones 7-10. Mulch well in winter.

Recommended care:
Plant in a sheltered location. Requires full sun to part shade in well drained, fertile soil. Needs sturdy climbing support.  If temperatures get too low I would recommend wrapping with remay or burlap also may lose some leaves but will regrow in spring. During growing season water frequently and fertilize with a water based fertilizer at least every 2 weeks.
