CLEMATIS HERACLEIFOLIA    

This is a woody based perennial (small shrub), never prune this as it will dwarf it. It has beautiful bell shaped blue fragrant flowers. It grows to be about 3' tall and wide. 

Hardy in zones 3-8.

Plant in a sunny location in well drained fertile soil. As with all other Clematis keep the roots sheltered or in a cool location. You can plant shrubs in front but not too close as the roots need a lot of room to grow. Do not fertilize during it's blooming period as this makes the flowers not last nearly as long.
